Registration

​Registration for the S3 Conference 2022 is now open until 7 October 2022!

Registration Fees

*Students are required to submit proof of student status (i.e. photo of student ID) for verification purposes when contacted by the Secretariat.


How to Register?

  • Online registration opens from 5 May 2022 for all interested delegates.
  • Authors who have submitted their abstract(s) and/or proposal(s) are required to register. Otherwise, your abstracts would not be accepted.

Important Note:

As stated in the registration form, registrants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of prevailing taxes) before registration is complete.

  1. The online registration portal here is accessible via the internet, and is best viewed in Chrome and Internet Explorer 11.       
  2. All prices indicated are subject to prevailing 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).   
  3. All delegates are required to be fully vaccinated* in order to attend the conference in-person.
  4. Proof of vaccination is required at the registration booth upon arrival on the event day.
  5. In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we have updated our SingHealth Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available here. Hard copies are also available on request.
  6. Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis.
  7. Only one (1) workshop should be selected on each Pre-Conference Day.
  8. Should the registration for any of the pre-conference workshop fall below the minimum number, the Organiser reserved the rights to cancel it and you will be offered a choice to change to another workshop or get a full refund (subject to processing fees and bank charges).
  9. For on-site registration, only cash (Singapore Dollars) and credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at Academia (SGH Campus), Singapore.
  10. Kindly note that the official language of the conference is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.
  11. All registrations slots are limited, and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that delegates are encouraged to purchase insurance with COVID-19 coverage.

 

Confirmation of Registration

  • Once payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with full details.
  • To expedite the badge collection process on-site, please bring along your confirmation email to the registration counters as proof of your payment and registration.


Cancellation and Refunds

  • Any cancellation, replacement or request of refunds (for Pre or Main Conference) are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat no later than 12 September 2022. Please note that processing fee(s) and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within two months after the S3 Conference 2022.
  • For any cancellation requests received after 12 September 2022:
    • SingHealth staff who are registered under the SingHealth Residency Faculty Development or PECT Faculty Development will incur a no-show fee of SGD 650.
    • For students and other delegates, no refund will be given.


Continuing Professional Education

Professional points are application in progress and will only be awarded to Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists and pharmacists for attending the main Conference and pre-Conference workshops.
