Mr Lai Yi Feng is a pharmacist by profession and currently serves as an assistant director at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) in Singapore. In this role, he leads the Care Solutions Team, which focuses on hospital care redesign and evaluation, identifying areas for care delivery improvement, implementing innovative acute and post-discharge care initiatives, fostering collaboration with partner institutions, and profiling patients based on their care needs.

In addition to his responsibilities at MOHT, Mr Lai Yi Feng holds various joint appointments. He serves as an associate at Alexandra Hospital, an adjunct lecturer at the National University of Singapore, a clinical advisor with VentureBlick, and an appointed member of the Pharmacy Transformation Taskforce (PharmForce) with the Singapore Ministry of Health, and the Community Therapeutics Workgroup at the Singapore General Hospital.

Mr Lai Yi Feng's expertise extends to clinical, public health, and implementation research. He actively contributes to the scholarly community by reviewing and submitting manuscripts to esteemed peer-reviewed journals, including the Cochrane Library, Journal of American College of Clinical Pharmacy, BMC Health Services Research, BMJ Open, Journal of Global Health, International Journal for Quality in Health Care, and Frontiers in Public Health, among others.
