Mr Lim Cher Wee is Chief Operating Officer at MOHT. At MOHT, Mr Lim Cher Wee leads MOHT’s collaborations in accelerating the development of care models that redesign hospital care and improve acute-to-community transitions. This includes collaborations with providers on designing and implementing at-scale care redesign approaches, like Mobile Inpatient Care @ Home (MIC@Home - otherwise known as Hospital at Home) and Community Hospital of the Future (CHoF). It also includes collaborations with providers, industry and technology partners to enable care flows through the assembly and sharing of data across care settings and teams.
Mr Lim Cher Wee’s other focus at MOHT is in championing organisational excellence.
Before joining MOHT, Mr Lim Cher Wee served at Singapore’s public hospitals in various roles.
