Dr Noorul Fatha As’art is the Chief Medical Officer, Singapore Prison Service (SPS). She is a public health physician by training. Currently, she oversees the management and administration of the prisons healthcare system and ensures the health and well-being of persons in custody in SPS. She also provides guidance on matters pertaining to correctional healthcare and medical policy for persons in custody to the Home Team and other government agencies. Prior to this, she was involved in tobacco control and preventive health.
