Ms Pang, a RN with more than 20 years of PICU experience, currently head the Quality, Safety and Risk Management. She initiated the Safety and Reliability- Target Zero Harm Program in 2014, and is instrumental in the establishment Patient Safety Network Program, Speaking Up for Safety, and Promote Professional Accountability. At the cluster level, she is the Deputy Group Director of the Institute for Patient Safety and Quality (IPSQ), SingHealth DukeNUS where she co-convened the TeamSPEAKTM program in 2017, TeamChoice in 2022 and Master Trainer. She is the Senior Program Faculty for Blended Quality Improvement and RCA workshops convened by IPSQ, she also the Principal Faculty for newly initiated Post Graduate Patient Safety and Quality Master, Diploma and Certificate Program under NUS.

Ms Pang is also a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager. She has initiated the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program in KKH in September 2011 and has successfully incorporated ERM as part of the operational practices throughout the hospital.
