Ms Kaji heads the Rehabilitation department at Lions Home For The Elders. Ms Kaji started her career with Lions Home in 2004 and has been actively championing the digital transformation of the Home’s rehabilitation services. She was the team lead for the ‘Virtual Reality for Engagement of Elderly in Rehabilitation’ project in 2020, which won the Community Care Excellence Merit Award, awarded by the Agency for Integrated Care. Ms Kaji has 30 years of experience in physiotherapy. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Sciences with Ageing from the Newcastle University. She is also a member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association. Moving with changing landscape of care she is constantly sourcing various technological solutions for the physical, social and mental wellbeing of the elders in Home
