Ms Stella graduated with Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from National University of Singapore in 2011. Through her 11 years of nursing experience, she had provided care for patients in the disciplines of oncology, haematology, haemopoietic stem cell transplant unit and is currently the co-leader of Rochor and Kallang Zones in Singapore General Hospital Community Nursing team. She provides accessible healthcare services to residents in the Southeast region through community nursing consults at Community Nurse Posts, extensive community outreach programme, capability building and partnerships with various stakeholders. She is the recipient of Healthcare Humanity Award in 2017 and is the co-author of community nursing programme evaluation study in 2022.  Currently she is the member of Community Nursing Maternal and Child Health Clinical Workgroup, SingHealth Nursing Conference 2023 organising committee and the SGH Campus Phase 2B Hospital Planning Committee Care in the Community workgroup.
