Education Research

Education research submissions are papers or posters that involves a systematic collection and analysis of data related to the field of education. These research may involve a variety of methods and various topics including but not limited to teaching, student learning, instructor training, classroom management, technology enhance learning etc.

Education Stories

Education stories are papers or posters that aims to share a narrative of how you overcome an education related challenge. These stories usually share with audience the problem you encountered, solution and lessons that you have learned. Essentially, these stories are a reflection piece that you would like to share with others in relation to teaching and student learning.

 

NEWSubmission Formats

  • Full Paper Presentation
    Full papers are fully formed education research or stories. It consists of 20 minutes oral presentation during the conference. An additional 5 minutes are available for Q&A or discussion with the attendees.
  • Short Paper Presentation
    Short papers are work-in-progress type of education research or stories. It consists of 10 minutes oral presentation during the conference. An additional 5 minutes are available for Q&A or discussion with the attendees.
  • e-Poster Presentation
    e-Poster presentations are similiar to traditional poster presentations with a 3-5 minutes voice annotation. It will be hosted on the e-conference platform where attendees can peruse at their own time.

General Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Use of standard abbreviations is desirable.
  • Place special or unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word the first time it appears.
  • Details of authors should be filled in according to descending order of contribution (from most to least).
  • Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
  • The use of tables, graphs and other types of images is not permitted
  • Authors must ensure that the entry matches category in which it is submitted. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  • The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
  • Use AMA Style (11th Ed) for citations.
