About the event
The 2023 workshop embarks on a fresh take in laboratory quality and quality assurance. This year’s program covers a comprehensive overview of essential lab quality principles and practices. Through interactive sessions and case studies, participants will understand how to implement effective quality assurance measures, improve the quality of lab processes and identify sources of potential error.
In addition, participants will have the exclusive opportunity to go on an immersive guided laboratory tour, witness SGH practices in action and gain valuable practical knowledge.

SingHealth Immunopathology Workshop 2023

Pathology ACP organised its first inaugural SingHealth Immunopathology Workshop on 8 – 9 May 2023 at Academia, SGH. 

More than 100 local and overseas participants comprising practising pathologists, pathology fellows and residents, clinicians and healthcare professionals benefited from the informative lectures and workshop during the 2-day event. 

We were privileged to have the following overseas and local external faculty for our workshop.
  • Tony Lim (MBBS, FRCPath, FRCPA) – Chairman and Senior Consultant, SGH Div of Pathology and Academic Chair, Pathology ACP

The workshop included a poster presentation segment, allowing participants to showcase their research and ideas to fellow specialists, healthcare professionals and researchers. Moreover, they had the opportunity to receive one-to-one coaching from our esteemed faculty on their concepts. Participants who presented their posters stood a chance to win at services and products on spactial technology generously sponsored by NanoString Technologies, Singapore and 10x Genomics.
