Registration Fees

Prices are all inclusive of GST (9%) except for SingHealth & Duke-NUS staff as registration fees funded by Faculty Development funds will not be subject to GST.

* SingHealth & Duke-NUS staff who are not eligible for the Faculty Development Funds will be entitled to subsidised rates. To view the subsidised rates, visit SingHealth intranets for more information.
** Concession rate is only applicable to overseas delegates who live and work in the countries listed. Please refer to this link for the list of countries that is eligible.
^ Student rate is only applicable to full-time students with a valid local matriculation card. Proof of student status, i.e. photo of student ID is required to be submitted for verification purposes.

How to Register?

 

SingHealth & Duke-NUS Delegates

Staff who are interested to tap on PECT/Residency/Philanthropic funding will have to apply for the Harmonised Grant Call Application that's opening from 30 March to 6 May 2026.

  • For SingHealth Residency Faculty & Medical PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through your respective ACPs.
  • For SingHealth Nursing PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through the SingHealth Academy College of Clinical Nursing (CCN) at nursing@singhealthacademy.edu.sg.
  • For SingHealth Allied Health PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through the SingHealth Academy College of Allied Health (CAH) at alliedhealth@singhealthacademy.edu.sg.
  • For SingHealth Clinical Pharmacy Faculty, please indicate your interest through the SingHealth Academy College of Clinical Pharmacy (CCP) at clinicalpharmacy@singhealthacademy.edu.sg.

 

Please be informed that registration will only be confirmed after receiving results from Cluster EDO.

Note: Self-payment for registration will be required for unsuccessful funding application.

SingHealth staff who wish to tap on other sources of funding (such as Personal Training Fund, Department Fund, etc) should obtain approval from your respective HRs or department administrators before submitting your registration. You will be required to provide the necessary billing details in order to complete your registration.

Note: For SingHealth staff drawing from department fund, PDF etc please select "Not Tapping on Harmonised Grant Call" as payment mode in the form.

Important Note:

As stated in the registration form, registrants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of prevailing taxes) before registration is complete.

  1. All prices indicated are subject to prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  2. In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we have updated our SingHealth Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available here. Hard copies are also available on request.
  3. Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis.
  4. For onsite registration, only credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at Academia (SGH Campus), Singapore.
  5. Kindly note that the official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Any cancellation, replacement or request of refunds are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat no later than 6 August 2026. Please note that processing fee(s) and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
  • All refunds will be processed within two months after the SingHealth Duke-NUS Education Conference 2026.
  • For any cancellation requests received after 6 August 2026:
    • SingHealth staff who are registered under the SingHealth Residency Faculty Development or PECT Faculty Development will incur a no-show fee of SGD800.
    • For students and other delegates, no refund will be given.

 

Continuing Professional Education

Professional points are application in progress and will only be awarded to Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists, allied health professionals and pharmacists for attending the main Conference.
