This workshop explores the theory and concepts underpinning the practice of debriefing in simulation such as what do we do what we do, and how can we create a learning environment in the debrief conversation.

At the end of the workshop, participants will learn to:

Understand the theoretical underpinning debriefing
Explore different structures in approaching debriefing
Understand the difference between debriefing and feedback
Practise debriefing using a simulated case
