This practical hands-on workshop is for healthcare professionals who are interested in learning more about clinical debriefing in a fast-paced but safe clinical environment. Tools and techniques in carrying out debriefing after a clinical encounter whilst ensuring psychological safety of the healthcare team will also be introduced.
