This workshop will allow participants to practise and review their medical care knowledge in order to understand what their learners experience during simulation. Participants will review the combination of medical case stimuli and resultant pathophysiology that direct learners' actions from the other side of the glass. Cases from each of the five common chief complaints sets (chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, altered mental status, and pelvic pain/vaginal bleeding) will also be reviewed to enable healthcare simulation technology specialists to make their simulations better and more realistic. Participants will also get to assess common pathology and medical care considerations with instructions on clinical application.
