Dr Jeremy Koh, who has an interest in chronic and preventative disease care and a firm belief in empowering patients to take charge of their own health choices, is currently a Family Physician at SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP) - Sengkang. He is also serving as a faculty tutor for multiple postgraduate programmes with the College of Family Physicians. Dr Koh has had past experiences in various medical and surgical rotations in Australia and Singapore, and was a previously a private General Practitioner (GP) prior to joining SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP).
