Dr Yin Shanqing is the Assistant Director of Human Factors & Systems Design at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH), and Adjunct Assistant Professor with the MD Programme at Duke-NUS Medical School.  As an educator, Dr Yin demonstrates the use of human factors science in understanding human error and redesigning effective care delivery solutions and he has been pioneering the application of these human factors principles and methodologies towards improving healthcare for more than a decade.
