Healthcare education has traditionally relied on manikins and conventional simulation. However, withthe rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Spatial Computing (Extended Reality, XR), training is enteringa new era of immersion, personalisation, and scalability. This shift offers unprecedented opportunitiesbut also raises cultural, financial, and infrastructural challenges. This workshop aims to equipparticipants with insights and strategies to prepare their organisations for this inevitable transformation,ensuring readiness to thrive in the AI + XR training era.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
