Registration for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress 2023 is now open until 18 August 2023!

Registration Fees

^Student rate is only only applicable to full-time students with a valid local matriculation card. Proof of student status, i.e. photo of student ID is required to be submitted for verification purposes.

How to Register?

SingHealth & Duke-NUS Delegates (tapping on funding)	Staff who are interested to tap on PECT/Residency/Philantrophic funding will have to apply for the Harmonised Grant Call Application that's opening from 5 April to 5 May 2023. For SingHealth Residency Faculty & Medical PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through your respective ACPs. For SingHealth Nursing PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through the SingHealth Academy College of Clinical Nursing (CCN) at nursing@singhealthacademy.edu.sg. For SingHealth Allied Health PECT Faculty, please indicate your interest through the SingHealth Academy College of Allied Health (CAH) at alliedhealth@singhealthacademy.edu.sg.
All other Self-paying Delegates or Delegates who are sponsored by their departments via Credit Card or Invoicing	Click here to register.

Important Note:

As stated in the registration form, registrants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of prevailing taxes) before registration is complete.

All prices indicated are subject to prevailing 8% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we have updated our SingHealth Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available here. Hard copies are also available on request.
Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis.
For onsite registration, only cash (Singapore Dollars) and credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at Academia (SGH Campus), Singapore.
Kindly note that the official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation, replacement or request of refunds are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat no later than 18 August 2023. Please note that processing fee(s) and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
All refunds will be processed within two months after the SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress 2023.
For any cancellation requests received after 18 August 2023:
- SingHealth staff who are registered under the SingHealth Residency Faculty Development or PECT Faculty Development will incur a no-show fee of SGD800.
- For students and other delegates, no refund will be given.

Continuing Professional Education

Professional points are application in progress and will only be awarded to Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists and pharmacists for attending the main Congress.
