Dr Catherine Chan is a Consultant at Bright Vision Community Hospital (BVCH) and Director, Dementia and Cognitive Care Service under SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor under Duke-NUS Medical School and a faculty of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP). Her clinical work encompasses slow stream rehabilitation, sub-acute care, hospice care, overseeing the chronic sick unit in BVCH and dementia care across 3 sites under SCH. She had participated in two grants awarded for research/educational development projects. She has keen interest to use technology for patient’s care enhancement and for education purpose.
