Yusrina

Dr Yusrina Yusoff graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine National University of Singapore and is an alumnus of the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency program. As an Associate Consultant Family Physician with SingHealth Polyclinics, she cares for patients in the primary care setting. She is also a Clinical Instructor with Duke-NUS Medical School involved with education. Having been a member of a multidisciplinary team which actively implements social prescribing in the context of primary care since 2020, she has seen the benefits of social prescribing in her patients firsthand.
