Mr Mark Heng is the Director of the Office of Insights & Analytics at SingHealth, where he shapes cluster-wide strategies that harness data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to transform healthcare delivery. Backed by more than 24 years of experience spanning healthcare, public sector, financial services, real estate, and technology, Mark acts as a vital bridge between business and IT - helping organisations become agile, data-driven, and human-centric. In his current role he guides a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and analysts to build cost-efficient analytic solutions, strengthen data integrity, and drive evidence-based decision-making across Singapore’s largest healthcare group.
