Hui Shan is an optometry lecturer in the School of Chemical and Life Sciences, Singapore Polytechnic (SP). She is also an alumna of the school where she graduated with a Diploma in Optometry. Driven by a passion for Optometry and teaching, she decided to further her studies and graduated with BSc (Hons) in Optometry from University of Manchester. Hui Shan gained experience as an optometrist in the retail and clinical setting prior to lecturing in SP.
