Call for Programmes

You can contribute by shaping the programme and presenting at the conference! The organising committee invites all healthcare educators and learners to submit proposals and shape the conference programme.

Submission Procedure

Important note: All facilitators & presenters (including co-presenters & co-facilitators) must register as a delegate for the conference. Registration fees will be forfeited in the event the presenter withdraws from the programme after the proposal has been accepted and registration has been made.

Programme Type

Workshop (Skill-based) (90 mins / 180 mins)  Workshops are interactive and have a hands-on component with specific learning objectives.

or

Symposium (90 mins) Symposiums are groups of related presentations by 3-5 speakers moderated by the symposium chair. The topic can range from education development, education research, education evaluation to education stories.

What We are Looking for

• Clear programme description
  
• Feasibility of programme
• Relevancy of topics to healthcare and conference participants
• Applicability of proposal to other fields and disciplines
• Opportunities for participants to interact and practise their skills (Applicable to workshops only)

Submission Guidelines

All proposals submitted must conform to the following guidelines:

• Proposals must be submitted in English.
• Proposals must be complete at time of submission. Incomplete proposals will not be considered.
• Proposals and presentations that appear to be promotional in nature will not be accepted.
