Embark on an enriching journey with our interactive workshop, designed to underscore the importance of Agile values and principles, and how it can be applied to healthcare education. Gain insights into Agile’s pivotal role in today’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) healthcare education environment. Through real-world examples, participants will internalise how Agile values and principles - coupled with quality improvement - can be leveraged to enhance the quality of healthcare education.

This workshop also provides a platform for networking and interaction with peers across SingHealth who share a similar Agile mindset, fostering a community of practice for ongoing learning and improvement.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
