This interactive workshop is for any medical educator interested in improving their debriefing skills and who have not had any formal training. This programme consists of lectures, videos, small-group discussions, and the opportunity to practice their newly acquired debriefing skills. Participants will obtain feedback by experienced simulation educators to further sharpen their debriefing skills.
