This interactive workshop is for any medical educator interested in improving their debriefing skills and who have not had any formal training. This programme consists of lectures, videos, small-group discussions, and the opportunity to practice their newly acquired debriefing skills. Participants will obtain feedback by experienced simulation educators to further sharpen their debriefing skills.

• Review how debriefing can be used in the learning process
• Examine different methods of debriefing
  
• Describe the structure used for debriefing
  
• Demonstrate psychological safety in future debriefings

Target Audience:

Healthcare simulation educators: doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals. No prior experience in simulation training is needed.
