Title: Large-scale Imaging and Computing for System Neuroscience Abstract:Neuroscience has always been a heavily technology-starved field, often revolutionized by the emergence of new techniques. Arguably, the key components of system neuroscience will be large-scale imaging of brain activity and structure, and the analysis of such data. This talk will introduce our work on optical and computing technologies that facilitate large-scale imaging and analysis of brain activity and structure, with a focus on achieving unprecedented throughput and accuracy.
