Critical incidents are usually sudden and unexpected. Most people will experience some degree of psychological and emotional impact when faced with an unusually challenging event.This ReXilience® course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to provide one-on-one crisis support to individuals experiencing stress and crisis reactions that typically arise after a crisis incident.Opportunities are provided to practise these skills during the course.
