In today's public health landscape, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome, a cluster of interconnected risk factors including obesity, insulin resistance, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, presents a significant challenge. Central to this syndrome are the twin epidemics of diabetes and obesity, which not only impact individual health but also strain healthcare systems and economies worldwide. Recognizing the urgency of this issue, our forum aims to delve into effective strategies for managing diabetes and obesity for better heart health.
