25 Febuary 2020 - As more people adopt sedentary lifestyles, not stretching the body will result in stiffness and aches. Dr Li Zhongyi, Joshua, Registrar, Sport and Exercise Medicine Centre spoke about the benefits of stretching for flexibility and mobility. One should focus on stretching the muscles frequently used for work or exercise. ZB Online (25 Feb) carried a similar report.
