Dr Charmaine Lim is an accredited dermatologist and a fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Dermatology), Singapore. She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2009, and proceeded to complete her advanced specialist training at the National Skin Centre (NSC) in 2017.
She previously worked as a consultant dermatologist at NSC and a visiting consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital from 2017 to 2021, where she ran general dermatology and subspecialty clinics in paediatric dermatology, eczema, psoriasis and photodermatology, autoimmune skin disorders, contact dermatitis, acne, hair and nail disorders, urticaria and angioedema, and wounds and ulcers.
Dr Lim joined the Dermatology Service in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital in 2021. She has wide-ranging expertise in all aspects of general paediatric and adult dermatology, and is actively involved in various multi-disciplinary clinics managing complex conditions, such as genodermatoses and vascular anomalies.
