Prices are inclusive of prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9%, except for SingHealth & Duke-NUS staff as registration fees funded by Faculty Development funds will not be subject to GST.

^ Registrants residing in this list of countries and members of SimGhosts & SESAM will be entitled to a 10% discount on registration fees. Only one category of discount can be applied for each registrant (i.e. registrants cannot apply both country and affiliate membership discounts at the same time).

* Applicable only for full-time students studying in local tertiary institutions with a valid matriculation card. Letters will not be accepted.


Conference Attendance and Funding Justification

Your letter should include the following details:

  • Summary of conference
  • Benefits of atttending the conference (refer to the Justification Toolkit for examples)
  • Cost of registration


Important Information to Note

  • Please note that all workshops will be held at Academia (located in SGH campus), unless otherwise stated.

  • Do note that full registration fees will be charged for any cancellation/replacement received after 15 September 2025.

  • In the event where a refund is necessary, please note that the bank admin charges will be borne by the participant.

  • Should the registration for any of the pre- and/or post-conference workshop fall below the minimum number, the Organiser reserves the rights to cancel it and you will be offered a choice to change to another workshop or get a full refund.

  • For on-site registration, only credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at level 1 of Academia (located in SGH Campus), Singapore.

  • Kindly note that the official language of the conference is English. No simultaneous interpretations will be available.


Confirmation of Registration

  • Once payment has been approved, you will receive an acknowledgement email to your stated email address.

  • A confirmation email with relevant details will be sent to you nearer the conference date.

  • To expedite the badge collection process on-site, please provide your confirmation email at the registration counters as proof of your payment and registration.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • Any cancellation, replacement or request of refunds (for Pre-, Post- and/or Main Conference) are subject to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat no later than 15 September 2025. Please note that processing fee(s) and bank charges (~8%) will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.

  • All refunds will be processed within two months after the S3 Conference 2025.

  • For any cancellation requests received after 15 September 2025:

    • SingHealth staff who are registered under the SingHealth Residency Faculty Development or PECT Faculty Development Fund will incur a no-show fee of SGD 750.

    • Students will incur a no-show fee of SGD 50.

    • For other delegates, no refund will be given.


About Funding for SingHealth staff

  • For SingHealth staff who wish to tap on funding from the Harmonised Grant Call (Residency FD Fund, ASL Funding & Pre-Employment Clinical Training Fund), please note that the application period opens from 1 April to 7 May 2025. Results will be announced on 25 June 2025. Kindly contact your respective fund administration office for more information.

  • SingHealth staff who wish to tap on other sources of funding (such as Personal Training Fund, Department Fund, etc) should obtain approval from your respective HRs or department administrators before submitting your registration. You will be required to provide the necessary billing details in order to complete your registration.

  • For general enquiries on funding matters, please contact:
    • For SingHealth Residency Faculty & Medical PECT Faculty, please contact your respective ACPs.

    • For SingHealth Nursing PECT Faculty, please contact College of Clinical Nursing (CCN) at [email protected].

    • For SingHealth Allied Health PECT Faculty, please contact College of Allied Health (CAH) at [email protected].

    • For SingHealth Clinical Pharmacy Faculty, please contact College of Clinical Pharmacy (CCP) at [email protected].


Modes of Payment

Registrants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars) inclusive of prevailing taxes. All prices indicated are inclusive of prevailing GST of 9%.

  • Credit Card Payment: Kindly select the correct payment category in registration form. Please note that credit card transaction fees will be borne by the participant in the event of refund.

  • Invoice: Kindly provide the billing details stated in the registration form. The secretariat will contact you for verification and confirmation purposes. Please be reminded to seek approval from your HODs and HR before submitting your registration.

  • On-site registration: Credit card payments (only VISA and MasterCard) will be accepted. The registration counters will be located at Academia, the official S3 Conference 2025 venue.


Continuing Professional Education

For Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists and pharmacists only, professional points (application in progress) will be awarded for attending the main conference, pre-conference and post-conference workshops.

  • Please note that the sessions may be recorded. If you choose to participate in the sessions, you are presumed to have consented to the use of your video, audio and text comments in these recordings.
