Dr Ng Mingwei is an Associate Consultant with the Singapore General Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine. Besides his passion for teaching and advancing Medical Education, he is currently also pursuing his subspecialty interests in Medical Toxicology. He aspires to improve the way he delivers feedback to learners as he firmly believes that providing effective quality feedback is key to improving learner performance.
