Ms Pang Nguk Lan
Deputy Group Director, SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality
Ms Pang Nguk Lan, a RN with more than 20 years of PICU experience, was awarded President Nurse in 2003 for her professional contribution. Currently, she is the Director of Quality, Safety and Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. At cluster level, she serves as the Deputy Group Director of SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety and Quality (IPSQ) where she also plays her role as a co-convener and senior programme faculty for a suite of training programmes under IPSQ’s training framework.
Ms Pang is also appointed as a Consultant to National Improvement Unit, an effector arm of Ministry of Health to work with stakeholders at multiple levels across health systems to drive national healthcare improvement priorities.
