Dr Wong Wei Teen
Associate Consultant, Family Physician, SingHealth Polyclinics – Outram
Dr Wong graduated from the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme, and now serves as clinic director at Outram Polyclinic. She enjoys her clinical work, interactions with her patients and their caregivers, and sees the development of her colleagues and peers in their professional and personal capacities as valuable and essential.
She has led several medical mission teams to mainly Philippines post-Supertyphoon Haiyan, and supported medical and community outreach to the geographically-disadvantaged regions. In 2019, the SingHealth Family Medicine Residency Programme Global Health Initiative was conceived and the team formed to provide a platform for learning for the primary care team, as well as immersive learning on-site in November 2019.
