Ms Zhang Li

Deputy Director (Nursing), Nursing Administration, Changi General Hospital

Zhang Li is the Deputy Directorof Nursing, looking after Inpatient Services in Changi General Hospital (CGH), SingHealth. She is a critical care trained Registered Nurse with more than 17 years of clinical experience in the intensive care units. As a trained peer supporter since 2004, she has been providing peer support services within CGH, offering psychological and emotional support to fellow colleagues who are exposed to workplace and/or personal critical incidents and/or traumatic events. She was appointed the Deputy Chairperson of CGH Peer Support Network from 2017 to 2020, playing an important role in supporting the Chairperson to strengthen the culture of care in CGH.
