Ms Zhou Lin fang graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with Advanced Diploma in Gerontology in 2005. She has been working in the acute geriatric wards for the past 10 years and is actively involved in teaching in the Nurse-led Integrated Care for Elders (NICE) training programme to ensure outreach of geriatric care to the non-geriatric wards. Linfang has special interest in promoting person-centred care to the elderly patients. She had led the team on the project on “Promoting Oral Healthcare in Geriatric and Stroke Patients Through Education to Caregiver and Nurses in Acute Geriatric Stroke and Rehabilitation Ward” in 2020.
