Simulation programmes around the world work diligently to provide high quality education. These activities are both guided and supported by standards, and excellence can be demonstrated through accreditation. This presentation will describe the different groups that have worked to outline and define simulation best practices and the methods of verifying and documenting performance in these areas. In addition to accreditation requirements, this presentation will review the important pieces of information and data that will support your centre in its educational and operational function with or without accreditation.
