Dr Gayathri Devi Nadarajan

Dr Gayathri is a Consultant at the Department of Emergency Medicine in Singapore General Hospital (SGH). With a special interest in global health, she has helped train local communities in managing emergencies through the use of simulation. Through this experience, Dr Gayathri has developed a keen interest in optimising the debriefing process for transformative learning and is currently working on the use of various task trainers and in situ simulation to train and acclimatise non-emergency trained junior doctors who are rotating into the emergency department, to facilitate their learning whilst working in the hectic environment.
