Dr Caroline Ong is a general paediatric surgeon with special interest in paediatric urology. She completed her Master's degree in Surgical Education in 2015 and continues to be actively involved in teaching medical and nursing students, surgical residents, and faculty development for simulation educators. She holds educational leadership positions in postgraduate surgical training at institution and national levels. Her education interests are in surgical skills training and faculty development.
