Since 2014, Clement has served as a Senior Principal Physiotherapist at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) in Singapore. His professional interests lie in clinical supervision, workplace learning and assessment, and acute respiratory and critical care physiotherapy. In addition to his clinical duties, Clement is an Associate Professor at the Singapore Institute of Technology and holds various leadership roles within SKH and SingHealth.
