Mr Ong Boon Kiat, Gary

Office of Well-Being
Singapore General Hospital
Gary is currently the administrative lead of Office of Well-Being (Hospital Experience) in SGH. His work involves developing and improving programmes to build a supportive, inclusive, and positive culture of wellbeing, centred on organisational development, change management, and stakeholder engagement domains.
Being an SGH QI Coach Faculty, Gary has completed and coached many QI projects, won awards for his improvement work, and published a paper on quality improvement in May 2021 titled “Implementation of a Quality Improvement Roadmap in the Department of Internal Medicine of an Academic Medical Centre in Singapore”.
In his capacity as a Senior Education Associate with SingHealth Duke-NUS, Gary has participated in several education projects and assumed roles of Principal Investigator and Study Member for 2 ongoing AMEI Education Grant projects.
