Kaisin Yee is a Senior Manager of Global Health Systems at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute. Her work aims to strengthen health systems across Asia through interdisciplinary programmes and research. Kaisin holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and has a concurrent appointment in strategy planning at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation, Singapore.
Kaisin trained as a speech and language therapist at University College London and specialises in head and neck oncology. She played a key role in the development of interdisciplinary head and neck allied health services for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Head and Neck Centre, and served as the President of the national professional association for speech and language therapy in Singapore. Her research focusses on comparative health systems, equity in global health practice, and the application of decentralised technologies to health system challenges.
