Dr Lee is a consultant family physician at SingHealth Polyclinics and Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS. She earned her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine, MMed (Fam Med) in 2012 and became a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians, FCFP(S) in 2017. In 2022, she obtained her Master of Health Professions Education, MHPE(S). 

Her research interests lie in the areas of diabetes, geriatric medicine, health services research, and interprofessional education.
