Dr Lourdes Galang is a Senior Staff Registrar in the Department of Internal Medicine, Singapore General Hospital. She has been working in Singapore General Hospital for the last 10 years, and has developed a special interest in medical education during this period. She plays an active role in the training of various undergraduate and postgraduate medical trainees. She currently coordinates the clinical posting for Year 3 Medical Students who rotate to the Department of Internal Medicine.
 
As a testament to her efforts, she had received the outstanding faculty award during the 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2021 RiSE awards. To further enhance her journey as an educator, she is currently undergoing certification for Medical and Health Professions Education by the Centre of Medical Education, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
