Ms Seow Yee Ting

Yee Ting’s journey in patient safety and quality improvement (QI) began with a
deep-seated passion for ensuring the well-being of every individual under the healthcare umbrella.

Early in her career in clinical laboratory science, she recognised the critical intersection between systematic processes and patient welfare. This realisation propelled her into the realm of patient safety and quality improvement, where she become a driving force behind numerous initiatives aimed at optimising healthcare delivery systems.

A trained improvement advisor and coach by Institute Healthcare Improvement, Yee Ting is also the appointed Faculty and Facilitator for Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) HealthcareQI and AgileQITM progammes, and appointed ESTHER Coach Trainer in ESTHER Network Singapore to train ESTHER Coaches on improvement components.

She drives the culture of sustainable improvement by providing Improvement Science training, coaching, and coordinating National and Cluster-wide improvement projects and playing a pivotal role in harnessing data analytics to drive informed decision making and identifying areas for improvement.
