Dr Sheryl Gan is currently a Senior Consultant and Director of the Haemodialysis Programme in the Department of Renal Medicine, Singapore General Hospital (SGH). Additionally, Dr Sheryl assumes educational roles including Programme Director for SingHealth Internal Medicine Residency and is a member of the Resident Wellness Focus Area Subcommittee under SingHealth’s Graduate Medical Education Office. She is also a QI Coach, appointed as of April 2021. 

In her capacity as the Programme Director and QI Coach, Dr Sheryl believes in active listening of the challenges faced by her team, helps facilitate and empowers them to make changes, improve work processes and, ultimately, contribute to Joy at Work.
