Esther is an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She has a strong interest in education and is actively involved in clinical teaching for occupational therapy students. 

To be better equipped in education and teaching, Esther completed her Master of Science in Clinical Education at the University of Edinburgh in 2021. Esther is also the Clinical Education Lead for Allied Health Professional at the National University Hospital of Singapore.
