Tegafur/Gimeracil/Oteracil (TS-1®) - Dosage and How to Use

How should Tegafur/Gimeracil/Oteracil (TS-1®) be used?

It is a capsule to be taken by mouth twice daily, after breakfast and after the evening meal.
Take the exact number of capsules and follow the dosing schedule as instructed by your doctor.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose of TS-1, take it as soon as you remember. However if it is too near to your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your usual dosing time. Do not double the dose.

What should I do if I overdose?

If you overdose on this medicine, inform your doctor immediately.
