Senior Manager, SingHealth Duke-NUS Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (ACP)
I have nearly 13 years of healthcare experience and am a Senior Manager at the Division of Medicine (DOM) at Singapore General Hospital, overseeing the Clinical Services & Improvement and Education admin teams. I am a Quality Improvement (QI) Coach Faculty and has keen interest in improvement science, implementation science, agile methodology and education.
In the past few years, I have led several education initiatives like DOM e-learning programme, DOM digital skills sharing programme, DOM education team learning programme and most recently, the upcoming QI education programme for Medicine ACP.
As a supervisor of the administrative team of the Office of Medical Humanities, I have helped to plan its annual Introductory Course, and also secured the AMEI education programme development grant to harness the power of the arts to encourage End-Of-Life conversations. My recent publication include “Implementation of a Quality Improvement Roadmap in the Department of Internal Medicine of an Academic Medical Centre in Singapore” in Cureus journal.
