Dr Virginia Lien is a Singaporean physician, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher who has been caring for others for four decades. She started the Mindful Compassion Project in 2017 as a not-for-profit platform to promote well-being in Healthcare through robust international programs, such as MBCT, Mindful Self-Compassion and Flourishing in Medicine. Working with many gifted clinicians and medical educators locally and internationally, she is passionate about promoting Mindfulness and Compassion in Medicine to effect holistic changes at both the personal and organizational leadership level. She believes that, together, we can bring healing back to healthcare, beginning by caring for ourselves and our dedicated colleagues.
