Dr Winnie Teo Li-lian

About

Dr Winnie Teo is Deputy Director (Education Research) in Group Clinical Education and holds a concurrent appointment as Associate Director at the NHG Institute of Humanistic Medicine (HuMe).  A molecular biologist by training, her current research focuses on the people, culture and processes that constitute the clinical learning environment. Her studies have spanned diverse domains in healthcare including leadership, continuing development in the health professions, interprofessional teamwork and communication. She leads a multidisciplinary team of education researchers who collaborate closely with clinician faculty to conduct research towards training the professionals for tomorrow’s healthcare.
